We are excited to announce a time of growth and positive change for our communities as we unify and increase access to Primary Care.
Beginning June 2nd St. Vincent Medical Clinic and Rocky Mountain Family Practice (RMFP) will merge operations under a new practice named St. Vincent Family Health Center. The Family Health Center will be owned and operated by St. Vincent Health (SVH).
The high level of service you are used to receiving will continue and expand as we move into the new Family Health Center. The care, providers and staff you have come to know are available to you at St. Vincent Family Health Center.
- Lisa Zwerdlinger, M.D.
- Amy King, PA-C
